Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Process

A 20% restocking fee applies unless due to defect, misprint, or incorrect item.

Reason Why

All items are made-to-order. A 20% fee helps offset production cost.

Return Label Responsibility

We cover return shipping for incorrect/defective items. Others must be self-paid.

Processing Returns

Processed within 6–10 business days. Refunds in 3–5 days post-approval. Washed/worn items not accepted.

Include original packing slip with return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
