Return Window
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Process
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is defective, misprinted, or incorrect. In such cases, no restocking fee is charged.
Reason Why
All products at Our Store are custom-made and printed exclusively for you. Due to this, a 20% restocking fee applies to returns. However, exchanges are exempt from this fee.
Who Covers the Return Label?
We provide a prepaid return label for items that are defective, misprinted, or incorrect. For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Processing
Once your return is received, processing takes 6-10 business days. All returns undergo an inspection before approval. Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days post-approval. Items that have been worn, washed, or are past the 30-day return period are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To exchange an item, contact our support team with your order details, reason for exchange, and the new size or color request. Exchanges are only available for the same design.

1-2 day handling time: Exchange ships in 3-5 business days. 4-7 day handling time: Exchange ships in 6-10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
