Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint.

  • You received an item different from what you ordered.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date to be considered.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered

  • Requests submitted after the 30-day period

How to Request a Refund

If your item is eligible, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the item, if applicable

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we may ask you to return the item. A prepaid return label will be provided for incorrect, defective, or damaged items. For other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item.

Exchanges
