Certainly! We provide the flexibility to either request a new design from us or customize the existing designs on our shop according to your preferences. Whether itβs modifying the font, quote, image, or any other element, weβre here to accommodate your preferences. Additionally, you can send us your own design, and weβll handle the printing and shipping based on your specifications.
Receive the defective item?
If you receive a defective item, kindly send us a picture of the item along with your order number. Should the item(s) be faulty or fade after the first wash, we will promptly provide a free replacement without necessitating a return. A picture of the defective item is all we need for the resolution process.
